10, rue de Lisbonne75008 Paris France Phone: +31 624 945 658 Contact Person: Jean-Michel MAZENC This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Website Using graphisms with an inlayed silver wire and extraordinary reflects of the black of the bidri technique, an indian craft technique, or the morocan damaskini and it’s particular texture, ENKI creates unique and timeless decorative objects, giving to the host appartments a perfect aesthetic. Very attached to its craftsmen, Enki respects their hard work, but brings these techniques a contemporary touch to these almost forgotten techniques, offering unique pieces to the interiors. The Bidri technique is today exclusively used in the town of Bidar, in India. Used by generations of craftsmen, today it achieves a perfect quality of manufacturing, concerning the finish or the mastering of inlaying. The Damaskini technique, witch the origin is similar to the Bidri has evoluated differently, but today only some craftsmen use it, among witch a few really masterise it, making this art very rare. |
